Despite its age, the rooms had a certain charm to them. The staff, especially Mr Pandurangan, were incredibly helpful. The location, although a bit tricky to find, was within walking distance from the main road. this hotel has made it onto my preferred hotel list, alongside big names like Marriott and ITC.
The restaurant, which I would suggest avoiding.

The hotel was in a convenient location near my business meetings and had a helpful staff. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi and the daily newspaper delivered to my room.
The room itself was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning did not work properly, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, while the food was acceptable, it was not particularly noteworthy or enjoyable.

Liked the Friendly Staff and Convenient Location During my recent business trip, I had a very positive experience at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help out with any requests. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with nearby access to major malls and shopping areas. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with great amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and toiletries. I enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, which included a variety of local and international dishes.
Some of the facilities, such as the air conditioning and room furnishings, could have been updated to provide a more comfortable stay.
